I am pleased to present an evidence-based policy brief on process improvement in community pharmacy services to government officials and key stakeholders in Bahawalpur.

The policy brief was developed on the basis of more than two dozen research studies published by our research team on community pharmacy practice, pharmacy regulation, patient safety, antimicrobial stewardship, and pharmaceutical service delivery in Pakistan.

The consultative meeting brought together regulators, academia, healthcare professionals, and industry representatives to discuss practical reforms aimed at strengthening pharmacy services, improving regulatory compliance, promoting rational use of medicines, and enhancing patient-centered care.
