ORIC Hosts Capacity Building Seminar at Faculty of Education: Aligning Professional Growth with HEC-ORIC KPIs

On 10 February 2026, the Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization (ORIC) organized an engaging interactive session at the Faculty of Education on “Professional Development in Line with HEC-ORIC KPIs.” This training workshop equipped educators with practical strategies to align their professional goals with HEC-ORIC Key Performance Indicators.

The session focused on the following key areas:

  • Professional self-development techniques for academic excellence
  • Encouraging faculty members to apply for research funding opportunities
  • Special emphasis on copyright filing, civic engagement, policy advocacy, and securing consultancy contracts

Prof. Dr. Muhammad Atif, Director ORIC IUB, delivered an insightful presentation. Dr. Muhammad Sajad, Manager Innovation and Commercialization, Dr. Muhammad Naeem Aamir, Manager Research management and Dr. Umar Bilal Sajid, Admin/Assistant ORIC, were also present on the occasion. They facilitated the interactive question-and-answer session and provided detailed guidance on various ORIC-related processes and performance indicators.
